Return policy

Our goal is not only to sell the jewelry, but to meet your expectations, and make our clients happy!

In case of a defect client does not have to send the goods back! Sending the defect picture on WhatsApp or e-mail is enough to get a refund (see 180-day warranty).

In case of the order return (full, or partial) client may use the cheapest delivery option (usually it is national postal service, around $9). Usually, we provide the refund as soon as we get the tracking number from the client (way before we actually get the package).

Client's Responsibility

We are a B2B supplier. We expect our cooperation to be a 2-way road.

We use well-known and reliable shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, National Postal services). In the vast majority of cases delivery is smooth and clear.

Client must provide clear and full information (address, contacts) to perform the delivery smoothly.

Client is responsible to coordinate last mile delivery with their local delivery company representative (answer the call, be available).

Client is responsible to pick up the order in the local shipping company office in case of delivery issues.

We use all the lawful opportunities to reduce potential customs duties - clients have zero import duties in many countries. But in case client's government require to pay duties, client is responsible to pay the duties and import tax.

Of course, we do our best to support clients. But we are very limited in opportunities to coordinate the last-mile delivery process, and expect activity from the Client.

Customs duties

We pay all the exporting duties by ourselves.

We pay all the import duties by ourselves in case of economy $12 USD flat-rate delivery (by Yun Express).

In the US, Australia, UK, New Zealand - usually there are no import taxes/duties due to international trading agreements with Thailand.

In EU, Canada, UAE and other countries, and only in case of express delivery (UPS, FedEx, Aramex) there may be duties and VAT, depending on customs approach. Please refer your local customs authorities to clarify the value of duties. It is a client's responsibility to pay this duties.
